Tropical Tan of Edmonds

I typically go to the Alderwood Tropical Tan, but unfortunately they have stopped being open on Sundays, which is a real bummer for a package holding member like myself who only has certain times that I can get out to go tan. I am wondering if it is a staffing issue or a slow customer issue? So, I was already at their closed door reading the sign saying NOW CLOSED ON SUNDAYS and then suggesting that we could instead go to the Edmonds location or another location. I was already out, so I called the Edmond's location, which immediately answered and also got me booked immediately. I also found the salon pretty easily. And finding parking was not an issue. It was an adorable tanning salon that was decorated so cute for the holiday coming up at the time. I was warmly greeted and checked in. I was also informed the bulbs were new. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hearing that bulbs are new is ALWAYS a plus, especially for me to hear, as I used to work for a tanning salon myself, as well as the largest seller of tanning bulbs for most other salons on the entire west coast, which also knew the sad tricks that many tanning salons employ, which is usually changing out only every other bulb, or just the top bulbs, as they are expensive, or just not changing them at all while they are barely effective anymore &/or waiting until they are 100% ineffective. So I LOVE it when a salon changes their bulbs. Yet, I still have never been able to get a tan anywhere close to like I used to in the place I used to work, who was also the wholesale seller of tanning bulbs to their competitors, which was why they religiously changed their bulbs after every certian amount of hours of of use, which was way before all of their competitors would ever consider doing it. They would also change every single bulb, every single time because at THAT salon I got the most color EVER, besides the natural sun, like when I went to Aruba, etc... I have NEVER COME CLOSE to getting anywhere near that color EVER again after using ANY other tanning salon which stinks, but Tropical Tan salons are one of the better salon chains that are out there. I just miss the old beds that my old salon had which even had beds where ALL of its bulbs were ALL the purple bulbs, and not just simply for the face, which is all you can find now, but my old salon had them for the entire body. CAN YOU IMAGINE THE COLOR PAY OFF WE GOT?! Now, it is a sadly bygone era. And I am saying it that way ("purple bulbs") for those who have never worked in a tanning salon. Anyway, sorry for getting WAAAAAY off track. Back to Edmonds, it was a great experience from start to finish. No complaints. I actually enjoyed myself at this salon. Although, the small mirror in the tanning bed room was not quite working for someone trying to see the application of their tanning lotion being applied to their body, especially when the lotion is tinted. Still, I HIGHLY recommend this location. If it were not so much further from my house I would start coming here full time. Thank you Edmond's Tropical Tan for making me feel so welcome and satisfied with my visit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tropical Tan is the absolute best! Specifically the Edmonds location! Always super welcoming and very helpful. Every employee is so sweet and understanding!

I received some of the best customer service I have had in a very long time from Katelyn! Thank you for your time and expertise . I enjoy the Vera spa tanning here for vacations.

Best tanning experience ever! Very clean, inviting, tanning salon! Kaitlyn was awesome! She is very professional, knowledgeable on products and has great customer service. This was my first time in but she made it feel like I was a regular and now I wish I lived closer so I could go in all the time! New annual trip!
